With these foam boot fitting pads, you will experience less to no extra heel lift or discomfort from too much space in your ankle boot liner area. Each pad serves as a filler to reduce the extra space in the heels and ankle bone area to ensure a more snug (& comfortable) boot fitting!

Basic Boot Liner Installations Instructions:

Installing your ankle wrap pads just takes a few minutes. Here are some basic instructions to help:

• First, remove your boot liners when they are dry.
• Second, slide your foot into the liner.
• Third, mark your ankle bones' position with a pen or pencil on the outside of the liner.
• Fourth, remove your foot & apply the pads to the liner so that the "C" of the pads surrounds your ankle bone location.
• If necessary: Apply duct tape over the pads for extra security.

AVAILABLE IN TWO SIZES

These pads come in two sizes. The Small size is 8" x 4.5" and is suitable for smaller ankles. Meanwhile, the Large size is 9.5" x 6" and is suitable for larger ankle sizes!

MADE OF FIRM 1/8" FIRM NEOPRENE

Each padded cushion is made from a firm neoprene foam. The firm material makes it easier to taper the edges of the pads if necessary.

SELF-ADHESIVE STICKY BACKING

Each pad is made with a self-adhesive sticky backing, helping to ensure that your pads will stay in place! If you need a thicker pad, you can even stack two pads on top of each other!
